On the building on Karbysheva street, 17, where the Grodno Regional Scientific Library named after EF Karsky and the main department of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in the Grodno region, there is a plate that this is a historical and cultural value and its architects – S. Volkanovsky and M. Shchuka.
